Are all phones compatible?
BITNOU ID works on iPhone and Android and almost all phones manufactured after 2014 now accept NFC. You can view the full list here.
If you find an older phone that doesn't support NFC, you can use the QR code on the back.
How do I tap on an iPhone?
The best way to tap on an iPhone is to move the card at the height of the phone.
Sometimes, users and various phone cases can interfere with BITNOU ID.
If you have trouble, we recommend using the QR code instead.
How do I tap on an Android?
The best way to tap on an Android is to move the card to the center of the phone. Sometimes, users and various phone cases can interfere with BITNOU ID.

Do I need to have multiple BITNOU ID Cards?
No, the advantage of the BITNOU ID card is that you only need one.
Simply tap your card on a smartphone to instantly update your business card details. Then when you're done, you can put it back in your bag.
Does the other person need an app?
No apps needed. Simply tap BITNOU ID or have them scan your QR code using their camera and they will instantly have your profile details.
How long does it take to receive BITNOU ID Card?
All orders placed before 3pm for items ready to be printed, will be dispatched the same day.
For items that require customization and printing, you should allow an additional 3-5 days.
Are there any monthly or ongoing fees?
No, there is no ongoing fee for BITNOU ID, however, you can choose to be a pro user through the app which has a subscription fee
Can I change my details?
Yes! This is one of the huge advantages of BITNOU ID. If any of your details change or you want to direct your customers through a new marketing stream, simply log into your BITNOU ID app account and change your details instantly.
What details can I add on my profile?
You can change your contact details, bio, social media categories, music profiles, payment details and more in your account at any time.
