Have you ever paid for a coffee by tapping your phone on the eftpos terminal? Then you have already used NFC technology. NFC (or Near Field Communication) allows BID Card to communicate with smartphones to safely and quickly pass your profile details.

BID Card works on both iPhone and Android and almost all phones made after 2014 will now allow for NFC capability. Here, you can view the full capability list. If you do find an older phone that does not accept NFC, you can use the QR code on the back.

The best way to tap on an iPhone is by moving the card horizontally at the top of the phone. At times, user settings and types of phone cases can interfere with Your Card. If you have issues, we suggest using the QR code instead.

No, the benefit of BID Card is you only need one. Simply tap BID Card on a smart phone for contactless and instant transfer of your digital business card details. Then once you’re done, you can put it back into your wallet.

No apps are required. Simply tap your BID Card or have them scan your QR code using their camera and they will instantly have your profile details.

All orders placed before 3pm for ready to print items, will be shipped the same day. For items that require customisation and printing, you will have to allow an extra 3-5 days.

No, there are no ongoing fees for BID Card, however, you can opt-in via the app to be a Pro user which does have a subscription fee.
