BID Cards Refund & Replacement Policy

At BID Cards, we strive to provide high-quality digital business solutions. Please review our refund and replacement policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Refunds are only considered for orders that have not been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, as verified by carrier tracking information. Proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required for all refund requests.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your BID product arrives scratched, damaged, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please submit photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Adhesion Issues: If your BID product does not properly adhere to a device or surface, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience activation or functionality issues, please contact our support team at support@bitnouid.com. Most issues can be resolved with troubleshooting assistance. If the issue persists after support intervention, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days and credited to your original payment method.

 

Warranty

  • 30-Day Adhesive Warranty: If the adhesive on your BID product fails within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement.
  • Extended Warranty for Pro Members: If you are a Pro Member and your BID product is lost or damaged after 30 days, you may qualify for a free replacement. Contact support@bitnouid.com for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for further clarification.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email support@bitnouid.com for assistance.

Additional Policies

  • Sale Items: Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept product exchanges.
