You have the right to request the deletion of your BID Cards account and associated data at any time. To do so, please email support@bitnouid.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”

Upon verification of your identity, we will:

  • Permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7-14 business days.
  • Remove your information from our active databases and systems.
  • Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

2. Exceptions to Data Deletion

Some data may be retained for:

3. Deleting Shared or Public Data
